What is the difference between Australian Pepsi Next and USA Pepsi Next?

The Australian Pepsi Next formula uses stevia, a natural high intensity sweetening compound obtained from the stevia plant, to replace the 30% of sugar removed. The US formula has 60% less sugar, the sugar being replaced with a blend of high intensity sweeteners - Aspartame and Acesulfame potassium.

Why is it only 30% less sugar? Why can’t you make it more?
